Welcome to Revolt! / RevoltWear.net. The following Terms and Conditions guide for the use of, and commerce on our, webstore. This is what you can expect from us as well as what we expect from you. We reserve the right to adjust the term and conditions from time to time. Latest update 2012-05-14.

Revolt specializes in t-shirts with a clear and strong message, adjusted to the times we live in. Our services, such as design, production and distribution, are provided through our website.


You can purchase our products through our webstore. Our webstore features an FAQ section for any inquiries you may have pertaining to the webstore. For any other questions or to contact our Customer Care for help click here.

All merchandise remains our property until payment is fulfilled.

Any attempts of frauds will be reported to the pertaining authorities. Revolt! reserves the right to cancel, hold on to, or further investigate any orders of suspicion at our discretion, reguardless of an affected delivery time.

Minimum order amount is 15 USD excluding shipping cost.

Although there are no limits to the amount in your order, more than 10 items (or 150 USD – excluding shipping costs) will have to be verified via email or phone.

No other payment option, outside of those displayed at checkout, are accepted with the sole exception for those living in Mexico City.

Revolt! reserves the right to make minor deviations in relation to how material, color, weight, measurements, or manufacturing appear in our webstore. This also includes type faults, price and stock changes.

All prices are expressed in US Dollars.

All orders take a minimum of one business day to start processing.

You must be 18 years of age to make purchases on the webstore, or have a guardian confirm your order. Please leave a name and phone number for the adult at checkout.


All standard shipments are sent by MEXPOST (the Mexican postal service). To the address especified as the ship to address in your order. Please check that this address is correct at point of checkout.

Estimated delivery time for Standard Shipping is 15-20 business days to leave Mexico plus the time spent while in transit in your country. (Unless clearly stated otherwise on the webstore). This applies to Americas and Europe. Asia-Pacific and African countries will have an estimated 20-30 business day transit.

Damaged goods shall be reported back to us. If you notice the damage after receiving the package please contact our Customer Care. When returning it you are responsible for the goods. Delivery is restricted by country, for a complete list click here.

Be noted that 6 – 10 shirts will be sent in 2 packages. Two distinct tracking numbers will be provided. Please go through checkout process to verify the shipping cost based on your country.

If you are ordering more than 10 shirts, please contact us.

Also, door-to-door delivery may be subject to restrictions in your country due to weight, please check with your local postal service and contact us if your order needs a special treatment.


You have the following options:

  • Paypal / Credit card (Mastercard/Visa)
  • Cash on pick-up (México City only)

Cash on delivery is only an option within Mexico City. Contact us for further details as to when and where you can pick up your goods.

When using credit card you pay immediately at checkout. All orders receive a tracking number by email. When the package arrives it will be delivered at your door if your postal service allows it for the size and weight of the package.

All information concerning your credit card is encrypted and secured with specific technology through Paypal. Revolt! reserves the right to cancel, hold on to, or further investigate an order of suspicion (at our discretion), even if delivery time is affected. Revolt! can also demand that you confirm the order separately by email sent to the billing address before your order is delivered.

Return Policy

Revolt! is unable to take back products that have already been sent to the customer or used.

If the product is defect, damaged or if the cause of return is due to a logistics mistake made by Revolt! we will in this case bear or reimburse the delivery cost and ask you to send back the goods, we will in return refill your order at no additional cost. Please report the reclamation to Customer Care before returning the product emailing us or using our contact form.



All information concerning your credit card is encrypted and secured with a specific SSL-technology. Revolt! cooperates with PayPal’s payment service for redemption of credit card payments.

Members of Revolt! (if you decide to become one, it’s no obligation to purchase) have access to their account by logging on and clicking on the My Account page. The personal information contained in your profile may be updated or removed at any time.

Casus Fortuitus, vis major or causes of superior force

In case Revolt! ends up provoking or contributing or otherwise getting caught in a revolution, war, civil war, riot, strike, lockout, blockade, natural disaster, measures by public authority or similar circumstances Revolt! will apply the Casus Fortuitus to its own discretion. These are the only reasons Revolt! would be unable to fulfill the Terms & Conditions. If this occurs Revolt! will inform you as early as possible.

  1. I placed an order (377007) on April 12th, here on this website (tracking) it says that the package was sent on May 13 to my country (Canada), but I’ve yet to receive the package. Why is it taking so long? What’s wrong?

    1. Hey Luc! The Postal Service let us know that there are delays due to the coronavirus quarantine; they say that some packages can wait in the Canadian Customs up to 1 month! We are very sorry about this but it’s out of our control. We’ll keep an eye on your order, and keep you posted.

  2. I received a note from you saying my T-Shirt was shipped on June 25, through Mexico. No news since then. ALL-IN-ONE PACKAGE TRACKING mentions. “In Transit – Destination : unknown.” Coronavirus quarantine can’t explain such a delay for a non-food item!

      We apologize for the delay, the Postal Service let us know that there are delivery delays of up to 45 days due to the pandemic measures! Unfortunately, it’s totally out of our control.
