Revolt! is a t-shirt shop with the willingness to send out a vivid and strong message. We are located in México from where we ship to almost everywhere. Described here are the ways to communicate with us and also the answers to frequent questions, feel free to drop us an email if you wish to know more about our products and business practice.
Feel safe to shop with us as everything is done through PayPal – when you checkout in our site the payment process will take you to PayPal. You don’t need an account there to pay, you can do it as a “guest” with no registration required at all.
We don’t hold any credit card information as everything is done externaly to our site over PayPal’s encrypted system, PayPal then notifies us when you have completed the purchase process.
Revolt! will hold the right to cancel, hold on to, or further investigate an order of suspicion (at our consideration), even if that affects delivery time. Revolt! can also demand that you confirm your order separately by email sent to the invoice address before your order is delivered.
If you live in México we can arrange some other payment option, so please contact us.
Shipping and Handling
We send standard throught SEPOMEX (the Mexican Postal Service) to the address especified in the ship to address in your order.
The estimated delivery time is 15-20 days to leave México plus the time spent while in transit in your country. (Unless clearly stated otherwise on the webstore). This applies to the Americas and Europe. Asia-Pacific and African countries will have an estimated 20-30 business day transit.
We provide tracking information for all orders while the shipment is in transit (in México) via SEPOMEX, visit this page to track your order.
There may be additional shipping costs for large packages. Also, door-to-door delivery may be subject to restrictions in your country for shipments over certain weight, please check with your local postal service.
The shipping cost is calculated based on the weight of your order and the destination. Be noted that 6 – 10 t-shirts will be sent in 2 packages, two distinct tracking numbers will be provided. Please go through checkout process to verify the shipping cost based on your country.
If you are ordering more than 10 shirts, please contact us.
Revolt! is unable to take back products that have already been sent to the customer, or used.
If the product has a defect, it is damaged or if the cause of return is due to a logistics mistake made by Revolt! we will in this case bear or reimburse the delivery cost and ask you to send back the goods, we will in return refill your order at no additional cost. Please report the reclamation to Customer Care before returning the product emailing us or using our contact form.
